The defination of STRENGTH is different from what the world teaches us it is. It’s not lifting weights or a fit/muscular body. It has nothing to do with someone's physique at all. True strength starts in the mind. Strength is wanting that which is noteworthy and good. Strength is pursuing our dreams at the expense of our ego. Strength is honoring and caring for ourselves and others. Strength is confronting our fears and insecurities no matter how painful or difficult it maybe.
Strength is surrendering to your valnerabities.
When you encounter a strong individual, know that this person didn’t arrive that way by accident. Instead, their strength is a result of daily little decisions, to hold themselves accountable for every thing that comes their way, to pursue growth, to be misunderstood, to embrace vulnerability, and to let others shine. Strength are long-standing establishments with a lifetime commitment to love, respect, and nurture oneself.
It is very rare to find someone who is willing to do the inner work and stand in their power and embrace themselves wholeheartedly.
If your lucky enough to find such a person, hold them tight. Realize WISDOM is in their actions, CONTENTMENT is all around them, and BLESSINGS is what they are.
The world is lucky to have them, but unfortunately the world shuns them and often envious of them.
So if you are lucky enough to come across or spend any length of time with them realize you have been bless with a plethora of wisdom and lessons that will make you see the world and yourself differently.
Love and respect always
