To "make a difference", BE DIFFERENT: with good interpersonal skills! Leaders of class are not anti-government; they are anti-dictatorship — they demand good interpersonal skills. As exemplary leaders, it is our turn to be the gamechanger — to replace coercion with inspiration; to include those who exclude us; to listen to those who kick us out; to create options for those who deprive us of our rights; to secure and engage those who were never taught to embrace and confront their weaknesses; to create a healing sanctuary for shame to sit at the table as empowerment — to provide healthy exposure for those who need to be "exposed". The private sector, public sector and the people are all interdependent on each other — we cannot function in isolation.
