Neptune...

How are you feeling? Neptune retrograde really changed the energy a lot. For some it is getting really messy emotionally, others are feeling empowered because the rose colored glasses are off. We were told to hold it together as children. Especially men were taught to not be emotional, not to cry, to toughen up and be a guy. As we are ascending higher, these things need to come up from the depths so we can clear the inner child wounds and step into our power. And stepping into our power also means being soft, vulnerable and allowing ourselves to feel it all, even though our ego is trying to convince us it will hurt and cause pain. In order for our systems to be upgraded, we need to tap into the darkness and open up to feelings and emotions that arise. When we go through this challenging phase we will realise we are the ones keeping ourselves stuck. Our inner child fears, the automatic response of the body, things stored in the subconscious. Neptune retrograde can be messy and chaotic but see it as a blessing in disguise because we are invited to clear the illusions and see/feel/understand who we truly are. It’s time for us to look behind the veil and become the sovereign selves.
