The Energy Update

Intense energies, little sleep, nerves buzzing, lots of detoxing, body pains in the head and neck and feet and ankles, emotional releases and lately, feeling lots of polarity and more split between 3D and 5D ... also lots of low viber's trying to pull down the light.... it's as if this strong energy and light coming through affects some people very negatively when you come into their presence.
